How delivery to Albany from Bend works
Albany is the simplest valley delivery: US-20 runs from Bend over Santiam Pass through Sweet Home and Lebanon straight into Albany, about 124 miles and 2 hours 45 minutes, with no interstate leg. Albany orders are booked two to five business days ahead and serviced weekly on the US-20 route day.
The Linn County Expo Center, Timber Linn Park festivals and North Albany subdivisions are the Albany orders we run most. Because Sweet Home and Lebanon sit on the same highway, units for those towns ride the Albany truck.
Permits and events in Albany
Albany requires a special event permit for any event reasonably likely to involve more than 75 people, with road closure, alcohol and sound permits filed at least 14 days ahead (541-917-7500). Placing a unit in the street requires an Encroachment Permit under Albany Municipal Code 14.08 through the Development Center.
The Linn County Fair (July 16–18, 2026) at the Linn County Expo Center, 3700 Knox Butte Rd E, and the Northwest Art & Air Festival at Timber Linn Park in late August are the large orders.
Local conditions
Albany averages about 40 inches of rain with January lows near 34°F and grew 12.6 percent from 2010 to 2020. The city runs the Albany–Millersburg water reclamation facility; rural Linn County lots are on septic through Environmental Health. Winter lawn placements need a pad; jobsite units sit on gravel.
