The six steps
A rental runs in six steps: you call with the address and dates, dispatch confirms availability and emails an itemized invoice, you e-sign and pay by card, the driver delivers between 7 AM and 5 PM after calling ahead, weekly service runs on monthly rentals, and you call for pickup when you are done. Billing stops on the pickup date.
- Call or send the form(541) 208-0264. Dispatch asks for the delivery address, dates, what the unit is for, how many people, and whether anyone needs an accessible unit. The address is checked against today's routes while you wait.
- Invoice by emailThe invoice lists unit, delivery and pickup, servicing, extras and the rental period. Open it on your phone, scroll to the bottom, type your name and double-tap to sign, then pay by card on the secure page. The card number is entered by you; dispatch never sees it.
- Tell us where it goesEmail a photo, or describe it: "left of the garage on the gravel." Note gates, codes, dogs, low wires and whether the driveway is steep. A cone or ribbon on delivery day confirms the spot.
- DeliveryDrivers build the route at 6:30 AM. Your driver calls 20–30 minutes before arrival, sets the unit level, stocks it, checks the latch and photographs it. If nobody is home, the photo is emailed to you.
- ServiceMonthly rentals: the service truck comes on the same weekday each week, pumps the tank, pressure-washes and sanitizes the interior, refills deodorizer, restocks paper and sanitizer. Takes about 15 minutes.
- PickupCall when you are done. Pickup happens within two business days and the rental closes on the pickup date. Nothing is picked up without your call, so you are never left without a unit.
Access: gates, codes, dogs and clearance
The service truck is 26 feet long and 13 feet high loaded. It needs a 12-foot-wide path, 14 feet of overhead clearance under wires or branches, and somewhere to turn around or back out. The unit can sit up to 15 feet from the truck.
Locked gates need a code or a lockbox on file, and dogs need to be inside on delivery and service days.
- Gate codes and lockbox numbers are stored on the order, not in the driver's head.
- If the driver cannot get in, the visit is logged as a trip charge and rescheduled.
- Steep driveways: the truck stops at the bottom and the unit rolls up on a dolly if the grade is under about 10 percent.
- HOA and private streets in Sunriver, Tetherow and Broken Top: gate access is arranged through the association or the homeowner before delivery.
Moving, adding and changing units
Units can be moved, added or swapped after booking. Moving a unit on site is free during the weekly service visit. Adding a unit or hand wash station rides on the next route. Swapping standard for deluxe or ADA is free up to 24 business hours before delivery.
- Move the unit on site: free during the weekly service visit; a trip charge between visits.
- Add a unit or a hand wash station: any time; it rides on the next route.
- Swap standard for deluxe or ADA: up to 24 business hours before delivery with no fee; after that, depends on the truck load.
- Extra service: call; usually next business day in Bend.
- Extend: do nothing. The 28-day cycle renews until you call for pickup. Weekend packages convert to a cycle if you call before the scheduled pickup.
Cancelling
Cancel at least 24 business hours before the delivery day and the full amount is refunded within 5–10 business days. Inside 24 business hours we keep the delivery charge. Moving the date instead of cancelling is free with the same notice.

Questions people ask us before they book
How do I pay?
By card on the secure link in the invoice. Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Contractor accounts can be invoiced net 15 after two paid rentals. No cash at delivery.
Do I get a confirmation email?
Two messages: an invoice to sign and pay, then a receipt once paid. Both go to the email address you give dispatch. Check spam if the first one is slow.
What time will the driver arrive?
Between 7 AM and 5 PM. Routes are built the morning of delivery, so an exact time is not promised; the driver calls 20–30 minutes before arrival. Event units go out the day before for this reason.
Does someone need to sign at delivery?
No. The invoice was signed when you booked. The driver photographs the placement and emails it.
How do I schedule a pickup?
Call the number on your invoice with the address and the day you want it gone. Pickup is within two business days, and billing ends on the pickup date.
Can I change the delivery date?
Free, with 24 business hours' notice. Summer Saturdays may already be booked, so call early.
