Questions people ask us before they book
What is the difference between a standard and a deluxe porta potty?
A standard unit has a seat, a urinal and hand sanitizer. A deluxe unit adds a foot-pump flush, a built-in sink with soap and paper towels, a mirror and a shelf. Deluxe units cost more and hold roughly 50 flushes before they need service, so they suit events rather than heavy jobsite use.
Do your units come with hand sanitizer or a sink?
Every standard and ADA unit ships with a filled sanitizer dispenser. A sink is built into the deluxe unit. For standard units, add a two-basin hand wash station next to the unit.
Is the handicap unit the same as ADA compliant?
The We'll Care III we rent is marketed by PolyJohn as ADA-compliant and wheelchair-accessible, with a 60-inch turning circle and ground-level entry. Your site as a whole meets the ADA only if the route to the unit does too, so keep the approach firm and level.
Does the unit lock?
Each unit has an inside privacy latch. For public placements we add a hasp so you can padlock it after hours; the padlock is yours to keep or we supply one for the rental.
Can I rent just a hand wash station without a toilet?
Hand wash stations rent on their own. Farms, food trucks and school events order them without toilets. Delivery is the same flat charge.
How many people can one porta potty handle?
Plan on one standard unit per 50 guests for a four-hour event, or one per 20 workers for a full shift. A deluxe flushing unit covers about 50 uses before it needs service. The sizing tool adds units for longer events and alcohol.
