What bendportapottyrentals.com collects, why, and who sees it.
What we collect
Tony Rental Works collects only what it needs to quote and deliver a rental: the delivery ZIP, phone number, dates, unit type, quantity and headcount from the quote form; name, address and email from phone orders; and anonymous page analytics. Card numbers are never stored on this website.
- Quote and contact forms: delivery ZIP, phone number, dates, unit type, quantity, guest or crew count, and anything you type in the message. Forms are processed by Web3Forms, which emails the submission to our dispatch inbox and does not sell the data.
- Phone calls: caller ID and the notes dispatch writes down (name, delivery address, email for the invoice). Calls may be recorded for order accuracy.
- Invoices and payment: name, billing address and e-signature. Card numbers are entered on our payment processor's secure page and are never stored on this website or in our office.
- Site analytics: if Google Analytics is enabled, it records pages viewed, device type and approximate location. Call-button and form-button clicks are counted as events so we know which pages lead to orders. You can block this with a browser setting or extension.
How we use it
Information you give Tony Rental Works is used only to quote, schedule, deliver, service and invoice your rental, to reach the delivery-day contact, and to follow up on a quote you requested. Contact lists are never sold or rented, and delivery addresses go only to our own drivers.
To quote, schedule, deliver, service and invoice your rental; to call the driver's contact on delivery day; to answer service requests; and to follow up on a quote you asked for. We do not sell or rent contact lists. Delivery addresses are shared only with our own drivers.
Retention and your choices
Order records are kept for seven years for tax purposes, and quote requests that never became orders are deleted after 12 months. To see, correct or delete what Tony Rental Works holds about you, call (541) 208-0264 or email us; requests are answered within 10 business days.
