Can you deliver a porta potty today?
Same-day delivery inside Bend when you call before 12:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. Calls after noon go on the next morning's route unless a driver can still fit you in. Routes are built at 6:30 AM and the first deliveries go out at 7, so a call at 10 AM is added to the afternoon run.
We never take payment for a same-day order until dispatch confirms a truck.
Before you call, have the address, a phone number the driver can reach, and a sentence about where the unit should go. That is all dispatch needs to say yes or no in under two minutes.
Household emergencies we handle every week
Five household emergencies make up most same-day porta potty calls in Bend: a failed septic system, a well pump outage, a water shutoff for plumbing work, a funeral or gathering during a backed-up bathroom, and a supplier who did not deliver to a jobsite. Each is handled the same day before noon.
- Septic failure. Common on older lots in Deschutes River Woods, Tumalo and south county, where systems from the 1970s sit in porous pumice soil. Stop using water fixtures, call a licensed pumper for the tank, and put a unit on the driveway for the family until the county permits the repair. First 24 hours guide.
- Well pump out. No water means no flushing. A standard unit plus a hand wash station covers a household for the week the pump takes to replace.
- Water shutoff for plumbing work. Two days of repiping; one unit for the family and the plumber.
- Funeral or wake with a backed-up bathroom. One unit, delivered quietly, picked up Monday.
- Supplier no-show on a jobsite. A crew of 12 cannot work without a toilet under OSHA. Call before noon and the unit arrives before the afternoon pour.
What a same-day order costs
A same-day standard unit in Bend costs the normal weekend package when you call before noon. There is no emergency surcharge. After noon, if dispatch can pull a driver off a route, a $75 rush fee is added and shown on the invoice before you pay.
If no driver is available we say so and book first thing tomorrow at the normal price.
Brokers answering national numbers quote $100 to $200 emergency fees because they have to find a hauler. Our trucks are already in Bend.
After hours and weekends
The office line forwards to Tony after 7 PM and on Sundays. A Sunday delivery inside Bend is possible for a true household emergency when a driver is reachable, billed at the rush rate; a Saturday delivery is a normal route day. Call so we can ask about access.
Questions people ask us before they book
Our supplier did not deliver and the crew is standing around. What can you do?
Call before noon and a standard unit is on the site this afternoon, no rush fee. After noon we check the routes while you are on the line; if a driver is close, it goes on with the rush fee, otherwise 7 AM tomorrow.
Do you charge an emergency fee?
Not before noon. After noon, only if we actually fit you in the same day, and only the flat rush fee shown on the invoice before you pay.
It is Saturday. Can we get one today?
Saturday is a normal delivery day for us, so same-day applies when you call before noon. Sunday delivery is possible for household emergencies when a driver is reachable.
My septic collapsed. How long can I keep the unit?
As long as the repair takes. After four days the rental moves to the 28-day cycle with weekly service; renewals are cheaper than the first cycle.
Nobody will be home when you deliver. Is that a problem?
No. Email a photo of the spot or put a cone out, and tell us about gates and dogs. The driver photographs the placement and emails it to you.
Can you also pump my septic tank?
We pump portable toilets only. For a septic tank, call a DEQ-licensed septic pumper; your county onsite office keeps a list. We can be at your house the same day either way.
