How delivery to Terrebonne works
Tony Rental Works delivers to Terrebonne on the north route after Redmond, about 40 minutes from Bend, with next-morning delivery standard and same-day when the north truck is out. Terrebonne is unincorporated Deschutes County at 2,874 feet with Redmond's climate: 87°F July highs, 25°F January lows and about 15 inches of snow.
Many lots are small with shallow bedrock, and roads off Smith Rock Way are gravel; tell dispatch where a 26-foot truck can turn around.
Septic failures and the sewer project
Terrebonne's septic failure rate is about twice the Deschutes County average because of shallow bedrock, small lots and systems more than 30 years old. The Terrebonne Sanitary District is building a STEP sewer connected to Redmond's treatment system, with design and construction targeted for 2025 to 2027. Households waiting on a repair rent a standard unit by the 28-day cycle.
Sewer contractors rent units for lateral crews on the same route.
Deschutes County permits septic repairs through its onsite wastewater program. Septic guide.
Smith Rock State Park events
Smith Rock State Park at 10136 NE Crooked River Dr has seen visitation triple since 1991, with overflow parking spilling onto the county road on weekends. The Craggin' Classic climbing festival in spring and the Smith Rock Marathon at DD Ranch in late September rent banks of units with hand wash stations and accessible units at the 5 percent rule.
Events on county land over 500 people need a Deschutes County outdoor mass gathering permit.

Questions people ask us before they book
How soon can you deliver to Terrebonne?
Next morning on the north route; same-day when the truck is already in Redmond or Terrebonne when you call before noon.
Our septic failed and the sewer is not here yet. How long can we keep a unit?
As many 28-day cycles as the repair or the sewer connection takes. Renewals cost less than the first cycle.
Can you deliver to a Smith Rock event?
With the organizer's permit and site map. Banks go within 150 feet of a service road so the truck never crosses the crowd.
Do you serve Crooked River Ranch?
The Ranch is on the north route past Terrebonne. Give the lot and road name; the gate is open but the roads are long.
Is there a charge to come past Redmond?
A short-route charge shown on the quote, the same as Redmond plus a few miles.
